Prior to founding KTG in 2021 with Kristin Tucker, Eddie spent 15 years as a Managing Partner at Koller Search Partners, where he led the firm’s Go-to-Market practice, as well as 7 years in investment banking with a focus in media and technology. As a trusted advisor to investors such as Warburg Pincus, Bain Capital, and TZP Group, Eddie has completed hundreds of C-Level, (S)VP and Board searches for innovative brands and technology companies such as Spotify, Hydrow, TripleLift, ipsy, MikMak, and more.
